Hypnosis is the technique used to communicate with the subconscious mind. It is a natural state of mind that can bring us into a safe and natural state of relaxation. When we are in this state of relaxation but also focused attention then we can make the desired changes in the subconscious mind. Hypnosis is achieved by using specialized techniques, allowing the hypnotherapist to then make the appropriate suggestions/re-examination questions that will bring about the change.

It is a fact that many people are under a simple, everyday hypnosis several times whether this was in knowledge or not. This happens when you are driving and lose track of time, or when you are absorbed in a book or a good movie, where you do not pay attention to what is happening around you. In Hypnosis you are neither asleep nor awake but in a deep state of relaxation. It is a pleasant free association of the mind during which we are more sensitive than usual, but also much more focused.

It is also important to mention that it is the individual himself who leads himself into Hypnosis with the help of the hypnotherapist. It is essentially self-hypnosis! The individual has absolute control, not the hypnotherapist.
